Licensed architect, Part 2 graduate of the Welsh School of Architecture (B.Sc(Hon), B.Arch, RIBA), Cardiff University, Wales, UK.

Ram worked on a variety of building types in Britain and in Israel, which include high security establishments, public buildings and sports halls, residential, organic architecture and sustainable masterplanning.

After graduating he held leading roles in conservation projects in Bath and Bradford-on-Avon, conservation cities in the UK.

במשך 4 שנים היה מעורב בתכנון וקידום פרויקטים של שימור מבנים ג'ורג'יאניים והתחדשות עירונית בעיר Bath וסביבתה באנגליה.
